Venture Dynamics is hiring experienced Shipfitters to join our team in Pascagoula, MS. Candidates should have strong experience fitting and assembling steel structures for ships and vessels.

Responsibilities:

• Layout, fit, and fabricate steel plates and structural components

• Read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

• Perform tack welding and assist welders as needed

• Follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of shipfitting experience

• Able to read blueprints and work independently

• U.S. Citizenship may be required

Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift available
