Venture Dynamics is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fire Watch to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis. The Fire Watch will be responsible for monitoring and preventing fire hazards on job sites and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols. This is a critical role in our company, as the Fire Watch plays a key role in protecting our clients' assets and ensuring the safety of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular fire watch patrols on job sites to identify and report any potential fire hazards

- Monitor hot work activities and ensure all safety precautions are being followed

- Maintain a thorough understanding of fire protection systems and equipment, and assist with their maintenance and testing as needed

- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergency situations, including fires, spills, or accidents

- Communicate and coordinate with other team members and contractors to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

- Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify and address any potential safety hazards

- Provide training and guidance to other employees on fire safety protocols and procedures

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all fire watch activities and incidents

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire protection or related field

- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and protocols

- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
