Job Description:

Venture Dynamics is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations in Mobile, AL. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and office files
  • Assist with invoicing, reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed
  • Support other departments and customers with administrative requests

Qualifications & Skills:
