Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
Venture Dynamics is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations in Mobile, AL. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and office files
- Assist with invoicing, reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed
- Support other departments and customers with administrative requests
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
